Realizing that this complicated project required additional skills and experience, they turned to us to create and implement a program for complete development management, construction management and retail delivery. As Development and Design Manager work.shop performed Anchor negotiation and coordination, municipal approval, project design management, team assembly, Digital Design Criteria Manual authoring, leasing support, lease review, lease abstracting, lease outline document (LOD) review, design review, and plan review to create one of the Midwest’s most complicated and dynamic mixed-use destinations.
