Selected by the Ownership team to assist and coordinate the landlord interface, space design and construction process for the interior fit-out of their second Chicago preschool location.

Stephanie had experienced all of the challenges of doing it herself while opening her first preschool location in Lakeview years ago. Landlord delivery of premises delays, construction quality assurance problems, unanticipated municipal inspection requests, and other items all led her to ask whether there might be an easy, cheaper and better way to open her next location. After she selected work.shop to support their efforts she challenged our team to “find our fee.” We took the challenge knowing that we will be able to drive the process by developing a sound pro forma, assemble a top notch design and construction team and get them open for the next round of students in the Fall 2014.
